2ESAK-5.0/5.08 Plug-in Terminal Block is designed for secure and service-friendly wire-to-board connections in industrial and electronic applications. With a standardized 5.0 / 5.08mm pitch and a plug-in structure, it enables fast connection and disconnection without rewiring, supporting modular system design and simplified maintenance.

Structural Design and Connection Method
The ESAK plug-in terminal block consists of a plug and a corresponding PCB-mounted header. The plug-in interface allows the wiring side to be separated from the PCB during installation or servicing, reducing downtime and minimizing the risk of wiring errors.
A screw clamping mechanism is used to secure conductors, providing stable mechanical fixation and consistent electrical contact. This structure supports commonly used solid and stranded conductors and ensures reliable current transmission under typical operating conditions.
